Return policy
Because ENRIX is an independent, hand-crafted streetwear brand, our production process operates differently than mass-market retailers. Every piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in micro-batches. Due to the highly limited nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds for buyers' remorse or incorrect sizing.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If your garment does not fit the way you want, we accept exchanges for store credit or an alternate size only if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
- Note: Because quantities are strictly limited, we cannot guarantee your alternate size will be in stock. In this case, a digital store credit gift card will be issued.
Defects & Studio Errors
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If your garment arrives with a genuine construction defect (such as damaged hardware or broken stitching), please email us immediately at [studio@enrixp.com] with photos. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for size exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
